My career program
Hi everyone! Welcome to my new blog. Today's post is about my career program.
The public administration career program is trained to train professionals who can lead processes of change from their social commitment, being proactive and critical in the generation of action alternatives that prioritize the common good of the country over private interests, with a vocation of public service, always inspired by principles of equity and transparency in their actions.
For this reason, the career program has a duration of ten semesters, so it is correct to say that it takes place in five years, in which a diversity of subjects from different social fields can be found, such as "legal bases for the administration of the state "(law)," microeconomic phenomena "(economy)," human behavior in the organization "(psychology), so in my opinion I would not make changes in the curriculum because I find that it is correct to learn about various subjects so that later I can work in any service or public area required. Although it should be mentioned that this produces that the academic load is sometimes very heavy.
On the other hand, in relation to my personal experience as a second-year university student, I would like to give my point of view on some issues, first, I believe that it is necessary that the work practices be developed every year, because although the theory is needed practice is also needed. And second, regarding the infracture, I think that the faculty lacks more care and attention because despite being a small career, it is very neglected, especially in the few green and recreational spaces that we have.
Thank you for reading this blog.
I completely agree with you! We need internships every year
